This is a very interesting article. As an American I remember these same exact types of calendars distributed here having the same effect. I have also seen the same types of calendars from China. They all look like they could have been created by the same people. I think that now TV and Movies have taken over the job of the calendars. Hollywood films and TV portray a world that has very little to do with the reality of American life but try to convince people that this is how life is supposed to be. I would love someone to take a look at all the calendars of this era on an international level as this article does.
